Picard and Oates

A lot of people don’t know this interesting piece of trivia about us, but Picard Maneuver was actually very popular back in the early 80’s in Europe. In fact, a lot of bands got their first big hits over seas, Like N*Sync, Hanson, and The Wiggles. Here is an old picture from Picard Maneuver’s 1982 World Tour, right before our “Picard on Ice” tour.
